hallo everyone!! i just put up 2 auctions yesterday for ebay (Tuxedo Mask and Mars), as i've gotten into the habit of only putting up auctions on sundays 6_6;; I'm rounding completion on the pile of pants i've had to draw on, and as soon as i've got them all done (well, 3, and more coming soon for me to draw on~) i'll take pictures and post em' up in my graf pants section.
Just to let you know, perhaps again, because i don't remember if i already updated people on this fact (as to i'm too lazy to read my old updates~) that tripod cut my original 50MBs down to 20, and just recently upped it again permenantly to 50 again, which is a really good thing. In light of that, i was going to put up this cute AVI i did of serenity but i don't have a fast net connection, so it would take me FOREVER to load up the file...it's about 12/13MBs. I'd love to fill up my extra space with something silly like that until it's needed by regular art, but i don't think it's going to happen. It's a really cute AVI though! i even put music to it that i recorded from my star locket (ahhh rare sailor moon collectibles in my posession...).
Anyways, links to my new auctions are up, and i'll have new auctions about every week for a month at least. In the ART 4 SALE section i've put up some new pictures~ well, 2. One of Kiley (oh gHod could he be hotter!?!?) and one of deedlit. The deedlit one that's scanned is still the original sketch, but i'll have the color one up as soon as i'm finished with it, then about a week after that it's up for auction. I've also got another deedlit that doesn't even have the sketch scanned that's going to be finished around the same time. For the 2 new pictures up i'd say it's worth visiting the site. Tamara and i have just about devoted ourselves to that Kiley picture *drools a lot*. i'm going to try to draw more bishounen from now on...those pictures make me the happiest *wide, wide grin*.

*Crawls out from under a rock* oh!! hello there!! haven't been around for a while, have i? boy, is my face red! >_< I wasn't going to update for another month but people started asking questions so i decided to put up the little bit of new stuff that i have, and it's not much at all. 1 stamp, i think. ^_^;; I was up watercoloring a pic of *insert heart here* ~Kiley~ and i doodled new links to navigate around the site. ok, the reason i wasn't going to update was because i'm *drumroll!* getting the new imac g4 computer! woot! it surpasses my current computer by such a shameful amount...i got the computer i have now over 5 years ago, to give you some idea, and it wasn't the best model out when we (my family) bought it. To give you more of an idea, it's got PARALLEL ports, not USB. -_-;; so i can't hook up a scanner, printer, etc.. haven't been able to in YEARS. So i'm going to be happy to get my imac and i need to think of a name for it! i'll probably name it after Kiley or just name it hiroyuki (i name certain electronic devices...i guess it comes from too much anime/manga and the japanese idea that everything has a spirit in it, thus a name). so expect some computer art! however, i'll still mainly work in watercolor because i love it so.

Anyways, when the new comp comes end of next month (late May, i believe) i'm going to go crazy scanning~ i've got so much art and it'll finally get to have its place online. Two new sections will be up:

1) a section of my old art (basically crap) from about 5 years ago +, primarily put up for the encouragement of other younger artists. i don't think it's encouraging (or fair) to just look at the finished product (after years of polishing artistic skills) and expect to be as good or think that the artist was always that good. i was there once, and you will see. (however, all my watercolors from the minute i took up the brush for manga art is here, so you've got it from the beginning with that coloring technique).

2) a section called 'procrastinatorium' (my own little word, there ^_^) where you can sit there and spend time that you shouldn't be spending. since procrastination is one of my worst habits, i'll try to make it interesting so you'll at least be learning something (or reading something that'll amount to anything so you won't be doing nothing) while you take time away from what you really should be doing. it'll consist of watercoloring tips & effects, art paper synopsis (you need different kinds for EVERYTHING...EVER), ranting about manga (i read a LOT of it), great manga-ka, and more when it comes to me. Also, i believe my friend dan whom i had the great fortune of growing up with (because he's a great guy in general, good-looking (mwahahaha) AND an artist...helped me a lot when i was growing up to have another artist around to bounce ideas off of and learn from) isn't website illiterate in any way and wants me to make a little section for him so it'll probably start off here or maybe i'll make a whole section for him~ depends on how much art he's going to give me for the site. Don't worry, he's as good as i am. We draw in a VERY different way~ i draw bishounen/bishoujo and he draws more comic-bookish with an odd manga flair ((very very unique)). kind of like an infinite source of RPG character material. *hahaha he'll kill me for saying that* he also draws mechs and he knew about gundam and the models before anybody else did. i think he'll give guys a reason to visit my page.

For things to come when i get my new computer: About 50 new sketches in the sketches section (some are REALLY pretty...i've got a bunch of originals and some nice ones of deedlit), about 10 new originals? more? *shrug*, more fanart (currently working on 2 deedlits) and the stuff from the for sale section will be moved into fanart because i'm going to try to clear all that out during may so i can put in a new batch *sigh*, 5 new stamps (if i don't put them up beforehand...they're easier to scan and post), and 3 or more pairs of graf pants. i've got a few commissions currently for graf pants, but i'm waiting for a new shipment of graf materials to come in because i'm missing some key colors. i'm really sorry for the delay, and i've already notified the parties in waiting.

it just takes sooo long for tamara to scan everything (her scanner's going nuts lately...it's got like 3 yellow lines in the scans and keeps shutting down) so i haven't got much new stuff availiable for my site, but i have it here with me. *it's driving me crazy~* and have a lot of new art. my imac'll have a scanner and some great art programs so there won't be much delay between me drawing the pictures, and their appearance online (wow won't that be neat? i'm going to have so much schtuff coming...yeesh). i'm really sorry about the lack of new art as of late, but the reasons are as i've stated above: bad scanner and horrendous computer. you people can hardly imagine how many hours it takes me to load up my pictures onto tripod and how many times it kicks me off in the process, or the screen freezes, or the pure focus of Murphy's law on one single computer!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, i've talked LONG ENOUGH, but it feels good to let everyone know what's going on, even if it does take a while. the section that will be updated in the next month every week is the art for sale section, that will have links for all the art on sale when it's on sale (@ ebay). i hope you all visit for the art sales (the $ from my art go towards new art supplies, manga, paying for this site (yes, it costs $), and my imac). thanks SOOO MUCH!!! have a wonderful spring and i'll see you then!

Hey there all you happy art-loving peoples! I got rid of the last 2 updates~ they didn't have much in them. if you missed them, then know this: i've got new art up in almost every section since about 3 weeks ago. there ya go! anyways, for current stuff i just threw up, i've got 3 new stamps up, and another one to come in a few days. Also, i'd like to call a certain ice cream to everyone's attention. Haagen Dazs 'Dulce de Leche Caramel' ice cream is the BEST GREATEST MOST FANTASICEST ICE CREAM EVER!! my sister made me try some, and her friend made her try some, and i just seems to be a secret among women. it's one of those orgasmically good foods so try it! ^_^ i'll have some new auctions up this weekend on sunday, i think. An original Watercolor, and a commission or two. until then! keep away from sharp objects!

I'm making plans to rent a table in 'artist alley' for Otakon in Maryland this summer. i'm really nervous, because i'm going to be around every artist that's better than me EVER, so it's kind of intimidating. v_v;; i don't think i'll sell much, either...i guess i can only hope. it'll be my first con, and some friends are going to come with me, so maybe we can switch table duties. i guess i'll keep you updated in this matter. *so nervous*
